At The Bike Place, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with every purchase.
- 14-Day Return Window: You can return your item within 14 days from the date it arrives.
- 99% Fitment Guarantee: We stand by the quality of our car accessories. If the product sold cannot be fitted or resolved, you are entitled to a full refund.
2. Eligibility for Returns
- Conditions for Returns: Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery in brand-new condition with original packaging.

- Products returned after 14 days.
- Used products.
- Incorrect Wiring or Improper Installation: Our kits are built for easy installation, but incorrect wiring can cause damage. We cannot accept returns if the product has been damaged due to improper installation. If unsure, we always recommend professional fitting.
3. Returns Process
To initiate a return:
- Email info@thebikeplace.uk with the following details:
- Order number.
- Items you wish to return.
- Contact details (email and phone number used for the order).
- Await confirmation and further instructions from our team.
4. Refunds
- Processing Time: Refunds may take up to 1 week to process.
- Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Deductions or Partial Refunds:
- If a product has been used, a deduction of up to 50% of the original purchase price may be apply.
- If a product is returned outside of the returns period of 14 days a deduction of up to 40% of the original purchase price may be applied.
5. Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. You may return the product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please notify us as soon as possible so we can organise a replacement.
- Evidence Required: Send an email to info@thebikeplace.uk with a detailed description of the issue, including photos of the damaged or faulty item.
7. Costs of Returns
- Faulty or Incorrect Items: We cover return shipping costs.
- Change of Mind Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
